Lorna made myself and my husband feel welcome straight away at our 12 week scan, Lorna created a relaxed environment throughout the scan, informing us of what she was checking for and taking the time to explain further when we asked questions about the scan.

Was very professional, polite and friendly, put me straight at ease, was very thorough, answered all questions and concerns, made sure I had appropriate follow up appointment, made the appointment about me and my requirements, I felt as though the appointment was personally tailored to me and I was not just a number.
